I think you were right to back-off the company with poor communication. Good customer service still matters in this competitive world. It matters for small purchases but when you’re investing in something important / you need to be confident that you can count on their after-sales service. Their loss. Lots of progress and the concrete looks well-finished. Hard work pays off 👷‍♂️☔️🚜

So what you are saying is that nothing has changed in any meaningful way.. You still have to jump through somebody else's hoops, though they shouldn't have the right to tell you what you can and can't do on your own property. These Wannabe big boys and girls wouldn't take it kindly if a neighbour objected to the colour of THEIR houses and forced them to repaint their house to suit you, or told you to remove their rose bushes from their front garden because you didn't like the colour or the bees that were attracted. Unless you enjoy doing the videos , editing and all that stuff I can see why you wouldn’t want to spend all weekend doing them. How far could you stretch this, "personal and occasional use?" If you were in a situation were you had no where else to go. Are there checks? If you spent the summer there? Also what are the chances a couple of neds would turn up with a can of petrol?
